We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods available from us correspond to the actual Goods. Please note the following:
Images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a product and the actual product sold due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions.
All prices on our site include VAT at the current UK Rate of 20%.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on our site are correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary. Changes in price will not affect any order that you have already placed.
All prices are checked by us before we accept your order. In the unlikely event that We have shown incorrect pricing information, We will contact you in writing to inform you of the mistake. If the correct price is lower than that shown when you made your order, we will simply charge you the lower amount and continue processing your order. If the correct price is higher, we will give you the option to purchase the goods at the correct price or to cancel your order (or the affected part of it). We will not proceed with processing your order in this case until you respond. If We do not receive a response from you within 5 working days, We will treat your order as cancelled and notify you of this in writing.
We offer FREE delivery on all of the items on our website to anywhere in the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and estimated delivery is 1-2 working days from dispatch. Orders for delivery will need to be paid in full on our website prior shipment.
We accept the following payment methods. There is no charge to you for using any of these methods of payment.
All payments are processed using the latest encryption and security technology via our payment partners. We do not store credit/debit card details on our site at any point during, or after processing your order.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
If after purchase, but before dispatch you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us stating your name and order number. A full refund will be provided for cancelled items. If we have already dispatched your order then please refer to our returns policy below. Any refunds will be approved within 24 hours of cancellation.
RETURNS / REFUNDED
UNWANTED ITEMS – Items that are unwanted but unused (remain sealed in the condition they were purchased) can be returned for a refund with 30 days of purchase. If any items is unwanted but has been opened and used then we will agree a partial refund for the product. The customer will be responsible for the return costs.
FAULTY ITEMS – If an item becomes faulty within the first 30 days of purchase then please contact us so we can troubleshoot the issue with you and if we cannot solve the issue then a full refund or replacement will be provided. After 30 days please refer to the manufacturers warranty. You can always contact us for advice if unsure. We will be responsible for the return costs for faulty items.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT – Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt as this is the period we need to make a claim for damage in transit. We will be responsible for the return costs of items damaged in the post.
Any refunds will be approved within 24 hours of receipt of the returned goods.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
An order is not classified as lost in transit until 10 working days after dispatch date. If your order has not arrived after 3 working days then please get in touch with us. We will support you during the period until you item is delivered or considered ‘lost’. Any lost items will be replaced or refunded in full.
Consumers may only purchase Goods through Our Site if they are at least 18 years of age.
